Great Positivity Great service that counts everything in owing a business I recommend you to visit this company. I remember seeing the commercial (Way back) thats the only reason why I went to this mechanical company. My services with the owner was great he fix the problem asap with a great price,after not hearing the commercial for a while they definitely earn my 5 stars of coming to this excellent service of a shop you can call excellence. I definitely will show my presence in the shop again even though I don't remember the tone of that commercial it had a great slogan Great shop Great slogan. Their service of patience won't rush me from getting my car safe,fixed n Secure to know what their responsibility is thanks again. 💯💯👍👍🚘🚘

To set the mood and tone of this review, ill start it off with c a riddle with the answer to be revealed by my conclusion. ~how many doofuses does it take to install a hose? I have been going to this Meineke location for quite some time since early in my driving career. These were the first guys to ever do suspension work my first vehicle and have been appreciative of their advisement and work. As this years went on there professionalism and work have become lackluster to put a word to it. My most recent experience with them was horrible to day the least. Brought my car in for a leaking power steering from a pump I had them install back in late February. Upon their investigation they find the power steering return hose if leaking bad. Now one would think once upon previous inspection, a thorough ĺook of that area would have revealed the hose to be not in the best condition which leads me to my first comment on them; there as good as the job you task them. I would not reccomend this Meineke for any investigative work for your car. They will give you about the sum of what you tell them and not much outside of that. They'll take a decent look at your car but would definitely suggest doing your own diagnosis and investigating before considering this location. I bring my car in as soon as they open. Watch the owner roll up the security gates and everything and have my car be the first one to be rolled in the bay. Shop opened at 8am, assured the work would be about a hour 30, 2 tops. Kept being assured work was almost done, even asked to pay and All withing about 3hours. Car was not done whatsoever and being told the purchased hose they acquired is still leaking out which leads me to my next comment, communication. If you let them these people will let hours to days go by without as much as a courtesy update or check in. Leaving you wondering about you car and what there up to with it. Very nerve racking. There selection in quality parts definitely leaves room for question. In the past I had them install a new exhaust pipe which about a month later needed to be rewarded. Thankfully by them at no extra cost but makes you wonder about the quality of equipment they keep in their inventory. In summation if you know what your car needs, got the parts but need a quick pair of hands to slap them on, these are your guys but I caution to use at your own risk. Defiantly a revolving door joint. And to answer the riddle, ~2, one doodfus who sits and screws around with your car and 9ne to sit and look at you with a dopey looking face while you wait for the work to get done.

Excellent. I noticed my exhaust pipe hanging underneath my car and loud noise from my car. Called on Tuesday, Frank said bring it in. Diagnosed the problem, we reviewed repair and part options, I selected what worked best for me. Car fixed, running better than it has all year. Was worried about traveling before the holiday. Now I am driving reassured. I've been to this shop several times and Frank and his team have checked my car and found nothing wrong, assured me and my road trips have been perfect. I highly recommend this shop.

The wait was longer than I expected. The waiting area was cold. The service was great. I arrived with a vehicle sounding like an helicopter and drove out a Satisfied Customer. Thanks Meineke. Great job. However you need to put some heat in the waiting room. Thanks.
