My mother has been going here for years, She’s been a Loyal customer, And when I had to go change The battery Of my mothers Car, the gentlemen tried to charge me $605 for the battery and for labor. When I was flabbergasted by the cost and asked him, if that’s really what the cost of the battery would be, the gentlemen confirmed That was the price. When I went to AutoZone, For tools and a new battery, it came up to $350. It feels Disingenuous to be priced gauge this way, especially for a customer that has been loyal for years.

My experience at the Church Avenue location was very good. Brian was very professional and thorough in his explanation of my emissions issue notification with my 2013 Honda Civic. His team assessed my vehicle to make sure I'd be ready for my inspection deadline at the end of the month, ensuring that I will pass it. I appreciated that. I was very happy my dashboard wasn't lit up like a Christmas tree as I drove away. I will definitely be returning.

I was very disappointed with my experience at Meineke. I was recommended by my mom, who had been going there for years, but this visit left me frustrated. I came in a few weeks ago for a routine inspection and oil change and failed due to the service brake system, tires, and wheel fasteners. The prices seemed significantly overcharged for routine services, especially since I was able to get the same work done elsewhere for much less and with better overall service and transparency. During a second opinion, I learned my car had an exhaust leak and worn lower control arms that could be potentially dangerous — issues that were not mentioned during my inspection. While inspections aren’t required to catch every problem, a simple note about these safety concerns would have been courteous and helpful. Overall, I expected more transparency, fair pricing, and professional service, and unfortunately, this experience fell far short. Neither my mom nor I will be returning.

My experience was good with Meineke Car Care Center. They took their time to do my State Inspection and let me know what I need to fixed. The cost was a bit expensive but I know it needed to be done.

I've been several times here and I truly appreciate the crew, they are reliable and trustworthy. The service is excellent and they usually provide fast and accurate auto care, I recommend anyone who's looking for a honest and qualified professionals to work on your vehicle. Ask for Bryan. He's an excellent mechanic with a lot of experience.
