They cancel your airport reservation without notice. The dispatches hangs up on customers. Don’t give these crooks your business. Edited to reply to the business: if the reservation is incorrect, what’s your response to hanging up on the customer? I went in person to make the reservation. I shared the flight details. The driver doesn’t even know if the customer paid ahead of time or not. Please don’t come on here and lie. Bad customer service. No excuse. And then you hid and did not pick up the call.

Unreliable, unprofessional. I waited outside 35 minutes for a car that did not show up. Now I’m late to my event and may risk not being able to enter the event. Complete disaster. Do not use this car service at all.
View on GoogleThis company is absolutely unacceptable. The person in charge of responding to the reviews is extremely disrespectful and consistently replies in a rude and unprofessional manner. The service itself is terrible, and the company shows no sense of responsibility toward the people they are supposed to help. I want to make this very clear: you will receive an official notice from the Medicaid Health Department, me and couple of other patients reported you all, and I will be taking legal action. I have the full phone recording in which your staff claimed that the driver was waiting outside my grandmother’s apartment, while someone in the background laughed and said, “Tell him the driver is there so they stop calling, we don’t have a driver but tell him that.” That is disgraceful, insensitive, and completely unacceptable. You are quick to bill Medicaid for your fees, but when it comes to providing proper service, you fail every single time. And to whoever responds to these reviews: do not even think about replying to me with disrespect, because your behavior is already part of the complaint.
View on GoogleThis was my FIRST TIME using the car service I never had a car service like this to where they rob you out of your own pocket. I will never again call for service. The reason being I was told by phone and by text which I have a picture to prove that. it was $62 for the ride from 850 3rd avenue to 1245 Edward l Grant in the Bronx. But when I looked on the link that they sent me to pay on the app it says 79.10. then when I call I spoke to someone and they said 75.00 which was never told to me it was told $62 not 75. but when I purchase for my ride it came out to $89. This was never mentioned to me by phone nor prior to the driver who cannot even speak English. This is unacceptable unappreciative to where I feel like I have been robbed from this company due to the money situation and the dispatchers are not all nice they are cruel and they are rude. I don't even know who I spoke with they all don't know who I spoke with knowing that it's only one or two dispatchers there. But I do not like this back and forth thing or somebody try to tell me one price and tell me another and I can't speak to a manager which I have spoken to him around 6:30 or 6:45 and they told me that it was a dispatcher and both of the dispatchers are there. And they do not know what I was talking about then if one of the dispatch I was talking to going to tell me the price was $81 which was incorrect. I want what's owed to me since I was charged $89 instead of $62 as it was first told to me. I also was told that my fair is 62.00 and they hold a deposit which was $27 until I finish my ride and I supposed to be getting my money back which is the $27. I never heard of that either so like I said I want what is owe to me. give me back the rest of my money that you owe which is $27. I really don't want to get the law involved but I can if I don't get back what y'all owe me. I will never take this car service again in my life. I do not have anything against your company my first time using the service but it sucks and you overcharge me and I need my money back.
