Story time.. I was referred to this shop by the dealership Brooklyn Auto mall, I brought my benz truck from. They do business together often. Chris, the mechanic let me know that I should have not bought the car and it had major engine problems, but of course Chris didn’t want me to tell the dealership he said that because he didn’t want to lose business. There were numerous issues trying to get my truck fixed under my warranty because as Chris the mechanic said, the truck had major issues already when purchased. Long story short, after months of back and forth and a warranty company cancelling my contract, I got a new warranty and was able to get my truck fixed. I needed a new engine, it took MBAV 2 months to fix my truck, they originally told me 2 weeks. Upon picking up my truck, not only did I have 8 tickets billed to my truck (Chris only agreed to pay 4) I noticed the bumper was not put on right and he told me to come back later, he never fixed it. My driver seat air conditioning was also broken and he claimed that wasn’t him. He also claimed to have done an oil change, not even a week later check engine oil came up on the dash, he didn’t put enough & told me to get some elsewhere because I lived far and I only needed about a bottle more. So I had to pay another mechanic. I told Chris while he was fixing my truck I planned to pursued legal action against the dealership & he agreed that I should. I get to court and guess who shows up as a witness to their lies, Chris the mechanic who fixed my truck, Unbelievable. I won the case by the way. #CityGirlsUp1000 Do yourself a favor and don’t do business here. They are unethical, unprofessional and will do anything for a dollar. If you do decide to do business here, take pictures and videos of your car before and after, get receipts and record everything. You can file a lawsuit if needed in small claims at 141 Livingston street. It costs about $25 to file for up to $25k in judgement. Thank me later & stay great people.

If you’re fixing a German car, this is the place to take it. Much better, smarter, helpful and cheaper then the dealer. Took my car to 3 mechanics and no one knew how to fix it, brought it to Chris, within 2 hours he called me telling me to come pick up the car it’s been fixed. I’ve never seen a shop with smart techs like this one so I definitely do recommend !

Had an 08 bmw 535xi. Water got into the battery compartment and the car would not start- completely dead. Changed battery but the water caused some type of damage to the electrical system. Nightmare! Put so much money fixing other components of the car but that’s a separate issue. Towed the car to them. Took about 3-4 weeks to repair. Got a price quote way in the end- only part I didn’t like. Price was fairly hefty. Prolly saved 20% from the BMW stealership. BMW are expensive to maintain regardless. However, Chris knows his stuff. BMW causes so much problems. I went to many other mechanics- but they just fix around the problems but didn’t know how to properly fix/diagnose. If it’s anything electrical or mechanical- not simple matters of a BMW. Come here. He did a wonderful job. Warranty on his repairs too. Just some negatives - car had 2 parking tickets. So he didn’t pay for it. And again - price was quoted at the way end.
