The man who answered the phone, let us pay and have an Uber courier grab a tool from this shop saved our job, day and truck. No where had this tool, and no one wanted to help. We broke down on the Verrazano bridge in a lane and the police bothered us while on the phone with this shop. The guy stayed on the phone, helped, texted a photo of the part we needed since we couldn’t come in to shop and did the rest. Never had this type of service so we just wanted to say thank you and God bless you 🙏🏽

Fast, reliable, and professional. Being in the trucking industry, we've had plenty of break downs on the road causing the need for roadside service. Doug told us he'd be there in an hour (it was rush hour) and he was! Had us running in under 45 minutes. AND we were not overcharged! Unheard of in this day & age! I would definitely call again.

Doug at Max Fleet took care of our broken down truck in Staten Island. Great people and great service. He was to our truck in less than one hour and had us rolling in 1/2 hour. Top notch!

I called This Place for the first time in my life and needed fuel caps to replace with the new locking ones, i asked the guy on the phone how much it will cost me and he explained to me in details how o could do it myself , and guess what it really WORKED FOR ME PERFECTLY WELL!! After calling so many shops everyone were giving me different prices starting from 95$ all the way till 300$ but THIS AMAZING SHOP AND THE GREAT GUY ON THE PHONE HELPED ME FOR FREE!! Douglas has been fixing my cars for the last ten years; I never had a problem. Very knowledgeable people and always ready to help you, very honest and they will not make you lose your time, when they are busy they will let you know upfront. I highly recommend Max Fleet guys. Be there early if you want good service; otherwise, go to the other guys they don't have work or knowledge
