The owner Mike wang is so Arrogant, disrespectful, and thinks he is doing customs favors

Mike is clearly one of the best mechanics I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He not only explained what was needed, he explained what was not needed. Very reasonably priced! The man is a wizard when it comes to Toyotas and Lexus's. I bring my 2010 Lexus RX350 to him and always feel confident that the job is getting done.

This is my go-to place whenever I need to bring my car in for inspection, oil change, repair or replace parts. I just had my tires checked and replaced one. Mike is honest, takes the time to explain what’s going on, and charges fair prices. I also like that I can wait in the office and have a snack. I will be back.

I have been coming to Mike at Matrix for about 15 years. It is true what they say, it's hard to find a good mechanic. Especially one that you trust. I trust Mike's judgement and advice which is why I keep coming back, regardless of whether the car is Japanese, German, or American. I've referred multiple people to Mike and all have been happy. If you want a mechanic that is straightforward, honest, and does top quality work, Mike is your guy.

Prices are fair and much cheaper than dealerships. I always refer friends here when they need work done on a vehicle. Can't recommend this place enough.
