I was referred to Glen by friends who have always been satisfied with the service provided by MasterCraft. I decided to bring my car to the facility to have an oil leak fixed, as well as to find the cause of the check engine light that popped up and stayed on. I was given an estimate that seemed reasonable, therefore I gave Glen the approval to go ahead. While working on these problems, they discovered another issue with my power steering system. Glen was proactive in showing me the additional problem and offered his suggestions on how I may proceed. I decided to move forward with both issues and I wasn’t disappointed. The final cost was as estimated and the service that was provided was friendly, advisory and professional. The office setting itself was clean, with several chairs in the waiting room, a TV for entertainment and a newly renovated counter and office that combined to make the wait a pleasant experience. Very satisfying work at good price . Important thing to note , Glen is the most honest person , I ever come across in this field . Like majority mechanics will do everything to get some extra money from your pocket but Glen will tell what issue and he will charge low price compare others .. I am highly satisfied, try him once you will come again and again. Highly recommend

Glen has been taking care of my car my mom and my dad's car for years and we've been through several cars lol pricing is reasonable for my pockets lol and my family trust him with our cars we won't go to anyone else

I love it here! I come once a year for an inspection and the staff are always really nice. Plus they work quickly so I’m in and out. Glend is the man !

Three Tire pressure sensors were replaced and after hours waiting they were coded incorrectly and I was told to come back. I came back and was told there wasn't a technician available to do the job. The sensors all had the same number and this made them ineffective and I had to go to another shop to correct the mistake ultimately paying twice for the same service.
