Mason did a wonderful job with my car. I don’t trust many (or any) body shops, but Mason took his time so I understood the work that needed to be done and it was completed on schedule. He was very professional and he went above and beyond with customer service. Great quality work! I highly recommend.

Mason is the best. My Subaru Forester was banged up by an uninsured driver, so I had to go through my own insurance and pay the deductible. I didn’t really know what I was doing, so I’m so glad I trusted my gut and went with E&M. He hooked it up. Mason went above and beyond to get my car looking brand new. Mason did a wonderful job on the bodywork and paint after a fender bender. He even went above and beyond with a few extra touches, returning my car in like-new condition. I highly recommend his services!

I had work done at this body shop a few years ago and was extremely happy with the work and customer service. After my son got into an accident I sent him to Mr. Mason. Not only did Mr. Mason advised him, he got in his car and drove my son all the way to Queens to get his car and took it back to his shop. He also took my son to get a rental and set up the appointment with the adjuster. He called and broke everything down to me and I gave him the go ahead to work. Within a week some of the parts came in and work started immediately. Most impressively he traveled to Pennsylvania to pick up a part. The car was ready ahead of the time he gave us. Excellent service.
