Masada II Inc Car Services

Masada Car Service is the worst car service in New York. I arrange to have service one day in advanced and they showed up 45 minutes late. Getting home for manhattan I arranged to be pickup at 5:30 PM. The car should up 90 minutes late then they want us to share a three passenger room for two additional people like this is some third world country. NEVER USE THEM and save yourself a lot of grief!!!!!

Rude, yelling , hanging up on customers,more than an hour and a half wait, to send a car, horrible service , you have to check reviews before picking them for transportation.

Driver screamed at me, threw something at me. He picked up a second customer during my trip and brought them home first, in a different neighborhood, causing me to remain in his vehicle an extra hour. He began driving before she could get into the car and almost tripped to fall. He raced in traffic the entire two hours scaring everyone inside the car and everyone else on the road.

It was pouring rain and I was with my 7 month old baby and I asked them for a car and the man on the phone said he would send me a car 20 minutes later. He did not send me a car. I kept calling them and they kept hanging up on me. The least they could have done was told me that they were not gonna give me a car and I wouldn't be waiting in the rain with my 7 month old baby. Very poor service and i'm very upset and I would not recommend anyone this company, I wouldn't give them any stars to be honest

I booked a cab for a specific time, confirmed 4 times to make sure they have the time right. On the scheduled day the dispatcher advised he made a mistake and wrote down the wrong booking time.
