I was overcharged for a flat tire. Customer service was terrible, they called their boss in front of me and kept emphasizing it was a Tesla. The price at first was 250 then after stating it was a Tesla multiple time they tried charging me 400. Couldn’t say no but was charged 380 for korea cheap tire. The original Tesla tire is around 360!! Be very careful going to this establishment

The Martinez crew is without a doubt hardworking, reliable, and masters of their craft. I first came here to repair two tires on my 2013 Volkswagen Passat, and recently came back to buy four new tires after comparing prices with several other shops. In the end, Martinez Tire Shop gave me the best bang for my buck. I’m extremely happy with both the service and my purchase. A lot of people complain about prices nowadays, but don’t realize how expensive it’s become to run a business. Martinez has still managed to keep their prices reasonable while providing top-quality service. Thank you again to the Martinez team, I’ll definitely be back when it’s time for another set of tires.

I visited Martinez Tire Repair Shop a few weeks ago for a punctured tire, and I had a great experience. The customer service was excellent, and the staff worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. Everyone was very pleasant, and the pricing was reasonable as well. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience. Hopefully I won’t need tire repair again anytime soon, but if I do, I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Tire burst at the beginning of blizzard warning. Was happy to see the shop open. Got me a used tire of same brand and similar tread for 100. Replacement and installation - no extra charge. Fair price and quick service. Hoping the tire lasts.

Came by to remove my wheel locks so that my tire can be replaced on 1 wheel. The lug nuts were tight so I asked the worker if he’s able to loosen them. He says “sure” and then proceeds to break the lug nut inside the rim by using a wrench and carelessly applying his whole body weight to it. Then he just tells me to beat it and go to a muffler shop to drill out the broken screw. Now gotta spend about 600-$1000 to remove the broken screw and get a new tire and rim. Worker could care less, went back to his shop to play on his phone or something. Come here if you want your day to get 10x more difficult. Thanks, Martinez Family Tire Shop!
