MARTIN'S BELLE HARBOR CAR SERVICE

Perfect from start to finish. Great company to work with.... I am in Michigan and they helped get my 92 year old father from Rockaway Beach to LGA airport to visit us. On time, great price, very helpful and courteous. Driver very polite, got him to the airport on time during rush hour, clean and newer vehicle "10 of of 10" experience, thank you.

The operator barbra is great. The driver however refused to go anywhere until I handed him the money. I could've dealt with that, but he didn't need to be rude about it. There's a nicer way than "give me money before I go anywhere". Why comment about everyone else's driving when he was driving on the wrong side of the street multiple times while cursing other drivers. I felt unsafe and that's why I won't be calling again. Too bad, because Barbara is really good at her job and very pleasant to callers.

Called and asked for a cab from breezy point. She told me it would take at least 15 minutes to get there but I said I didn't mind waiting. They responded with "well I don't want to keep you waiting" and then hung up.

They take super long they said they would be here in 10 minutes than 30 minutes passed and so I had to cancel because I was super late to my doctors appointment definitely will never take them again

What a great car service! Barbara is super friendly, the cars are always on time and the drivers always know where they're going. It's wonderful to have a local car service you can depend on.
