Needed a repair shop in the city for my Audi and really wanted to avoid the dealership. I spent a while looking at Google reviews and Manhattan Auto Repair had amazing feedback so I figured I’d give it a shot. I went in for a few things: 1. Check engine light (emissions system issue) 2. Tire replacement 3. Oil change 4. Annual safety inspection I was a walk in customer and they took my car right away and was able to complete everything within a few days. They had to order a new part and were very commutative the entire process making sure I knew the status of the maintenance. When it came time for the bill there were no surprises and it was a fair price. Especially having to order a part from Audi as part of the repair. I would recommend and will be a return customer

Passed through NYC and our car’s engine needed some attention. Ozzy’s team was quick to fix everything within 30min, and at a very reasonable price. Much recommended.

I highly recommend Manhattan Auto Repair. Ozzy and his team are great! Spark plugs, brake pads, rotors, wheel alignment and sunroof all done in one day. Excellent work at a reasonable price. I'll definitely be taking my car there going forward.

The only reason I'm giving this a one star is because there is not a lower rating. This repair shop took our Lexus and sent it out to a "chop shop" the work they claimed and billed us for was never done. Parts started to fall off the car after a year. Doors were never replaced, rather a "skin" was put over the damaged doors. The front steering column was not replaced but welded instead. We had it professionally inspected by a certified Lexus collision center and they deemed the car unsafe to drive and totaled the car. Not to mention the engine had to be replaced because of a shotty hose that was improperly installed. Do not have your car worked on there. I have just filed a formal fraud complaint with the City of New York Department of Financial Services Fraud Department. Photos are posted of their fraudulent repairs.

Oz, Rich, and the crew are honest and know what they’re doing! They got my 80’s Honda running like new and I’m so grateful. This is the only place I’ve been to where they know how to handle a wide range of cars. Most places are only familiar with newer cars. This is now my go to! Thank you all :)
