Major World Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Service

This place is absolutely horrible! they will leave Tools in your car! when they greet you they're using someone with a cigarette hanging out of their mouth blowing smoke into your vehicle. You can tell them what you think is wrong with your vehicle and they will not probably troubleshoot it they will just keep changing parts and when they realize that they didn't diagnose it correctly they will ask you to pay another diagnostic fee to fix their shortcomings and when you decline to pay another deductible, if you use insurance they will ask you to not come to the dealership anymore explain what was going on with a noise in the vehicle they told will Gaslight you and minimize your concern. It got to the point where the service advisor actually told me me it didn't exist! Then I was told that it was minor then I was told to just turn the radio up! They changed parts that did not affect what the noise was coming from and then they created a narrative stating that I had another noise that they had resolved the issue. Mopar customer service contacted with them they lied to the customer service representative. I had the so-called owner talk to me and hang up on me and tell me to not bring my vehicle back there! if you value your time and you value your money and the service that you're getting do not come to this dealership.Major world repair... steer clear

Very nice service team in the office. called in with an emergency and most dealers were denying me but Major world took me in. they found debris in the transmission and replaced my transmission under warranty and had some maintenance on the car. It's running like a new car now

Quick bookings, reliable repairs, clear explanations of what’s going and what repairs needs to be done, and excellent care of every vehicle we’ve trusted to their care is typical of what customers receive and should expect when visiting Major World Repair Center. Kudos to Mr. Williams who consistently provides excellent customer service and provided detailed updates on the vehicle status of our vehicles. In short, this is the only place for all our Chrysler vehicles.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a repair shop. I was told the issue with my vehicle was the DTCM and the tires, and I was quoted over $3,000 to complete the repairs. I was also informed they would install a lower-tier Michelin tire option that lasts approximately 30,000 miles, at pricing comparable to higher-quality tire options. After comparing prices, I purchased premium tires from another shop for about the same amount. In addition, I was quoted labor charges of $300 per hour for the DTCM installation, with an estimated two hours of labor. What was most concerning is that when I took my vehicle to another technician for a second opinion, I was informed that the DTCM had been removed and left out. That experience raised serious concerns regarding the quality of work and attention to customer vehicles. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location. I encourage customers to obtain a second opinion and compare pricing before proceeding with repairs.

Good morning, God bless everyone reading this review!!! I highly recommend Major World for all of your service needs!! They treat you like family literally! They are efficient, attentive, and caring!! I have been coming here for many years for both of my Dodge Chargers and I always leave knowledgeable of anything i may need to fix, things that may be coming up that will need to be changed soon and options that care for both parties Major World and me as a customer. They care for the customer/ not only for the company! I am really grateful for them and will continue to come here for all the years to come. God bless you guys Jesus loves you keep up the good work!!
