M-Spec Performance

I went there to have all of my fluids changed, and I forgot to mention the brake fluid, and when I got the list of what was done, Jason had taken care of it, M-spec performance is worth the trip from The Bronx and! They let you know everything before they start working on your vehicle. I am definitely a happy customer.

Brough in my Audi to get the engine and brake looked at and get repair quotes. Although it did take a while, it was completely understandable as they fit me in a day where not my mechanics were working. For that I am grateful. They provided me a detailed report at no charge with images showing what was wrong and how to tackle the situations with attached quotes. I will say the pricing is a bit expensive, especially for the battery replacement, but you can at least ensure proper installation, coding, and testing. Overall, nice staff and quick communication over call and on message (you can text through the inspection report link they send you). Will be coming here again if the budget sits right. Thanks for helping me locate issues in detail M-Spec, looking forward to hopefully working with you in the near future. (If I don't sell the car haha)

Customer Services and transparency is 5 stars! Jason, Adam and Josh were all amazing. I brought in my car for a PPI (Post-Purchase Inspection) and it's incredible how they do a thorough inspection/review and report of the car.
