Wish I read the reviews beforehand. Worst interaction I’ve had in my life. My mechanic sent me here to retrieve a part for my transmission that his other partner shops didn’t have. I was given a quote on the piece with installation in total. Each time I asked how much for the part itself, the question was avoided. At last, I asked again and was told he wouldn’t sell me the part unless he was the one doing the work. I understand needing to make your money but you’re still getting paid for the part which no other shop I’ve ever dealt with has had an issue with before. Not only did you lose future customers but also business and recommendations from other shops. Do better. Until then, highly recommend not getting work done here or attempting any business transaction. Bad attitude, poor service.

Good, rebuilt my transmission, I’ve taken two long trips feels pretty solid, think I’ll bring it back for them to test and rotate fluid. They work with you. Meet matching price points, they invited me in the shop. Good service, friendly team!

This place has been in the neighborhood for over 30 years. My family swears by them, so my experience has been nothing less. They really have helped me with maintaining my 2008 Jeep Wrangler. I love my Jeep and being able to come to a place that explains mechanical issues in lamens terms to a woman is great. I feel like I'm so much knowledgeable after leaving M.M. Transmission.

No receipts that can show the alignment of the vehicle is correct or completed. Also no one speaks English very well so to communicate what was found about vehicle that can be relayed about the alignment

Knowledgeable about transmission, found the source immediately, I was expecting to leave my vehicle but I was out in a hour..would definitely recommend them
