I first came to Lu to get an annual smog/service check for my state vehicle registration. I was so impressed by the kindness and efficiency in handling this rather mundane task, that when a bigger repair came up I brought my car back to Luu… and I’m so glad I did. The repair job that I was quoted a cost of over $3K at a Honda dealership, they were able to do for much MUCH less. A clear explanation was given to me of what needed to be done and why. They even went above and beyond, fixing another small issue they found without extra charge. The work has held up and I will always bring my car to them, whatever the need. Do stop by to set up an appointment as they are often too busy to get to the phone. Discounts given for cash payment as well.
