Luna's Tire Shop 2

I had a really great experience with Luna Tire Shop in Park Slope and wanted to share it. After hitting a pothole, my steering started pulling to the right and I honestly thought something might be wrong with my alignment. When Martin came to help, he took one look at the tire and immediately recognized the slash from a pothole without us even saying anything. That alone showed how experienced he is. He changed the tire incredibly quickly and got us back on the road. What impressed me most was that he actually drove behind us while we headed to the shop to make sure we got there safely since our spare didn’t have much air. That level of care really stood out. When we arrived at Luna Tire Shop, Louis and Arturo took care of everything right away. Martin also took the time to explain a few things to me about tires and what to look out for in the future, which I really appreciated. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, it meant a lot that he was patient and willing to educate me. Everyone was friendly, honest, and efficient. It’s easy to see why Luna Tire Shop has been a trusted neighborhood tire shop for so many years. If you need new tires or tire service in Park Slope, I highly recommend them.

DONT EVER GO HERE… I got a flat tire and I saw them so I stopped to fix it. I got mixed up and told them it was left rear tire.. but I stopped them right after…. It must took them about 30 seconds. After they finish plugging the tires which was done very poorly. I’ve seen too many times in my life time fixing the flat tire. I was going to say that’s it?! But I didn’t. I should have. They said $20 for plugging tire which was more expensive then I ever got charged in the past. I was like what ever. Then he said $10 more for taking out the wrong tire. I was like what??? It wasn’t like I didn’t get my tires fixed there. It took them like I said 15-20 second the most for that. But he charged $10 extra for that. So I paid $30 all together. This guy is something alright. I think he was the boss. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN. Iam sure he never gets repeat customers. What a bad experience

I’ve been to this tire shop before I have TLC plates car. They always charged me $20 for flat fix . Today I went and asked how much . The worker said it’s going to be $45. Because I have Tesla car . Then I looked at their price chart it says flat fix is $20. Then I was talking pictures of their shop . Three worker came out from the store took pictures of me and my car . One of them threatened me saying he’s gonna complain to TLC . I ended up going to different tire shop and they took out a small tinny glass without take the tire out from the car and there was no leaks. They didn’t even want to take money because they said tire was fine . So I paid them $5 as tips . Note : Their other location at classon Ave is nice . It’s my neighborhood tire shop they always treat people with respect.

I highly recommend this shop. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. I was in a pinch and they gave me a reasonable price and put me back on the road quickly!

They sold me 8 years old tire for 90, with a lot of cracks… I did not see in the night and saw it month later. Don’t trust these people. And trying to rip you off with off market brand new tires for $150
