I’ve had a fantastic experience at Lucky Star Auto Repair. Mr. Chen is knowledgeable, professional, and always goes the extra mile to ensure my car is in top condition. Whether it’s a routine maintenance check or a more serious repair, they explain the work in detail and offer fair pricing. I especially appreciate their honesty and transparency—they never try to push unnecessary repairs. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable car service. I’ll definitely be coming back for all my automotive needs!

Mr. Chen, the owner of the shop, has taken care of my two cars for several years. Whether it comes to his skill or personality, he is the best! His rates are also very reasonable, much more affordable than a car dealer. For small issues, he won’t even charge me and tell me a quick and easy solution for me to get back on the road as soon as possible. On the two occasions that my car wasn’t able to start, I just gave him a phone call and he drove over an hour from his shop to my house to fix it. All the parts he uses for repairs are of the top quality. Even though he’s moved locations from Jericho to Flushing, I still continue to return for his services simply due to the amazing service and quality. I’m giving 5 stars, but that frankly isn’t enough for how great Mr. Chen is.
