Hours are listed as 7am–7pm, but when I arrived at 7am on 8/1, I was immediately met with attitude and rudeness from the only staff member there. It was clear they didn’t want to be there and had no interest in helping. I left right away and wasn’t surprised to see the low Google reviews afterward… it all makes sense now. If I could leave zero stars, I would. Avoid this place unless you’re okay with being talked down to and disrespected for saying good morning.

Date: Monday, September 9, 2024, 8:30 AM I went to get an oil change for my car. This is the second time I’ve been to this location. When they called to inform me that my car was ready, I was quoted a price of $97.38. However, the price I saw advertised was $79.95. I simply asked if the price had changed, and they responded, “No, the price is the same.” I then mentioned, “But the price is listed as $79.95, so why am I being charged $97.38?” The person responded with a bad attitude, saying, “You’ve been here before, and you’ve always paid the same.” I replied, “Yes, but can you please explain?” to which they said, “No.” I was shocked and said, “Wow, you’re being rude to me. I’m a customer, and I believe I deserve a proper explanation.” They replied, “It is what it is.” I asked for their name, and they told me “Ty.” I don’t know if that’s their actual name or just a nickname. I told them this would be the last time I’d come here, and they didn’t care, only saying, “You leave, and another customer will come.” After they gave me the receipt, they finally explained that the oil change costs $79.95, but because my car is larger, there’s an additional charge. I replied, “That’s all I wanted to know beforehand.” I believe customer service should always be top-notch so that customers are satisfied and want to return. I think ‘Ty’ was having a bad day today. I will continue going to Lube, but at a different location, because the mechanics do a great job, but I won’t return to this one.

This place is a prime example of those con artist shops, aside from overcharging on basic services, they also try to manipulate you into services that your car simply does not require. I went for an emission inspection just the other day and the guy tried to tell meI need new brake pads in order to pass inspection. I told him no thank you and then he insisted I also need new license plate bulbs so I said fine whatever you can put that assuming it wouldnt be more than 10$. Tell me how it some how managed to cost me 70$ (30$ extra on top of the inspection fee)..

Overpaid for oil changes enough times at this place to earn a "free oil change." Wound up costing me more than if I had paid. Told me they did a "coolant flush" in addition to the "free" oil change. I don't understand how there are still businesses that haven't figured out the key to longevity and success is just plain old honesty and good service. Trust me, the "free car wash" that comes with the oil changes are not worth it in the end. I do very few reviews, and this is the first negative one ever, I think. I only took the time after seeing the other reviews and noticing a corroborated pattern of bad experiences. Come on guys... How hard is it to just be cool?

How does an oil change come out to $90? For a tiny Honda Civic that takes 4 quarts of oil. Unreal. I’m sure they didn’t flush my brake fluid properly either ($180 total). I guess that’s what you get when you send your naïve wife to do some basic maintenance. Stay away from these guys
