I dropped my car to be fixed once again. Sandy took it to another shop. Would call to get updates and was ghosted. As an owner of the place Sandy did not have the decency to call me back. What type of man is he and what type of place does he run? Shortly after I found out where my car was and spoke to them. They said "I guess we got married and didn't know." Very unprofessional. Still to this day no response to texts or phone calls. The topper: What type of establishment takes your car, uses it for 80k miles not thinking you would know and then ghosts you. I would never recommend and will definitely not be using Sandy in the future. THINK before you use this place. Beware!

I had front-end link work on my X5, I've known Sandy Peña for decades, a real stand-up & and a fair guy with prices, He relocated closer to me so I had a job that needed to be done before the winter months and he took care of it. It's always a pleasure dealing with Sandy.
