This place is almost always packed. Very friendly, quick, and work has not failed me yet. Have brought many other personal and family vehicles here to repair, none have failed at the patches. Last week, I went to a rim shop to have one of my rims repaired due to a crack and dent. I was initially told it would cost $170 for a basic fix, or $200 for a higher-quality repair, which I agreed to because I wanted the job done properly. However, after getting the rim back, I noticed the work was not done correctly. The dent was still present in the same exact location, and the welding looked sloppy and poorly executed. As someone with hands-on experience in construction, mechanics, and HVAC, I understand what proper welding should look like—and this was not it. When I returned to address the issue, the owner tried to blame me, claiming the damage was my fault. He defended the work by saying his employee has been with him for five years, but experience alone doesn’t guarantee quality. I explained that the work clearly wasn’t done properly, regardless of how long the employee has been there. Instead of taking responsibility, they refused to fix the issue and told me to take it to another rim shop because there was “nothing they could do.” This is extremely unprofessional. If a business cannot perform a service correctly, they should not offer it in the first place. Now I’m forced to go somewhere else and spend even more money to fix a problem that should have been handled correctly the first time. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop. The negative reviews are there for a reason.

I’m never coming here again to change my tires they cheated me a $46 for three whole patch only to find out at the end of the day that it was actually four more holes on the tire and they offered me to buy a new one for $55 💀 $101
