Having a mechanic that you can trust, who is smart, honest, kind and cares for your safety when you are behind the wheel is a rare find these days. I have been a customer at Lorenzutti Motors for more than 15 years and I would never go anywhere else to service my 13 year old car. Even if it would break down very far from the shop, I will have it towed only to them. Alejandro and his team are keeping my car running smoothly and safely and that helps me sleep at night. When I call and Dominic answers the phone he is always pleasant and listens to my concerns. Alejandro keeps me informed about my repairs and the cost estimates and does his best to keep the costs down. I feel so fortunate to be able to be his customer for all these years.

Lorenzutti Motors is the most trustworthy, well priced, detail oriented, friendly mechanic in the city and the only place I will take our car for service. Our Volkswagen Jetta Sportswagen TDI's moon roof was unexpectedly stuck open, on a Friday mid-afternoon right before a weekend full of rain in the forecast. I spoke with Dominic, Alejandro's son, who was empathetic, kind, and quick to accommodate us bringing the car over and storing it in the garage, even though they wouldn't be able to service it until the week after, as he didn't want us to risk any water leaking into the car. I had never had my car serviced at Lorenzutti's before, and immediately received service as if I had been a valued, long-term client. Alejandro reached out promptly on Monday and thoroughly explained the repair involved, costs that could be incurred if the full roof mechanism were to be replaced versus sourcing the part needed, and assured me he would do what he could. While my vehicle was there, even though it had recently passed inspection, he said he would check it out just to be sure everything was in good working order. A call two days later, and Alejandro informed me that the brakes were completely rusted and totally unsafe; he was upset that someone had passed inspection on the car. Alejandro and his team were able to take the least expensive approach and sourced and replaced the part needed to make the moon roof fully functional again, even though it was a much more complicated job for them. When I came to the shop to pick up my car, he had saved my old brakes and Dominic showed them to me, explaining the difference between light rust that can accumulate on brakes not regularly used versus the deep pitting and rust on my brakes. He also said they recommend seeing the car at the end of the Spring and Fall, to clean out the car drains and address the roof mechanisms so that the problem could be fully avoided. What sets Lorenzutti Motors apart is they truly want you to trust and believe in their work and they will go to any lengths to ensure you are happy and confident with the service you receive. I am incredibly grateful to Alejandro and the entire Lorenzutti team for their expertise, care, and pride in the work they do and will only take my car there from now on for service.

This is one of the very best repair shops I have ever used in over sixty years of driving. I have had three different cars serviced here regularly for the last twenty years. They charge the right price, level with you about the time it takes to do the work, and they back up their work. I could not ask for anything else from them. I am very happy to use them. They are also nice people.
