LMC Car Wash & Lube

Been coming for 15yrs and am always happy with their car washing and detailing services. The inside shop is clean and there's a good selection of inside car needs, and free coffee. Those detail guys work hard and this mom of 4, with a disaster of a Pilot, appreciates their clean up! I've also gotten my an oil change. They do OK there too, I think upsell and overcharge a bit, but no pressure if you decline their suggestions. Highly recommend.

I don't get why anyone would be unhappy here. It's a rare PLEASANT oil change place where you're treated like a customer, the conversations are polite and normal and actually enjoyable. Zero sales pressure, very professional. Prices are reasonable. I can't recommend it enough.

Tried this machine car wash recently, but unfortunately, it didn’t do a great job. While it was quick and convenient, my car came out still looking dirty in several spots. Also, the dryers didn’t get all the water off, so I ended up with streaks and water spots. For the price, I was expecting a much more thorough clean.

I went there for an Oil Change on 3/4/26. After some discussion about what type of oil to get, they did the job expediently. I was charged $54, which these days is an OK price. The problem is that several days later my oil was again empty! I went back and asked them about it and they pointed out that on my receipt they had listed some leaks but I had not noticed the fine print and had simply paid my bill and left. I had NO IDEA that the leaks were so extensive and serious. NO ONE SPOKE TO ME about this, which I should have thought would be normal customer service. I feel they were negligent in not explaining to me this situation. I thought everything was fine after the oil change. They took no responsibility and seemed like they didn't care. One guy even LIED and said that I "could drive to Miami and back" on this oil! Meanwhile it was leaking like a sieve! The other guy insisted on driving my car in and then out of the work station didn't even take off the emergency brake as he drove it! I could hear the pinging warning sound and felt bad for the wear and tear on my car for this. He didn't care and was rather rude. I took it to my regular repair shop and it required a very extensive repair replacement of the gaskets. If 1st Ave. Auto would reimburse me for the $54, I would change this review.

They did such a great job detailing my car. Service was top notch. They spent half an hour making sure the baby car seat in the back was secure when I noticed it was unbuckled during the cleaning. Very professional. My car looks brand new.
