This review is long overdue as I have been to Pacc 4 times at this point. PACC is quite possibly one of the most honest mechanics who is as skilled as he is rich in integrity. He definitely needs an assistant but where there is a gap in communication at times, he makes up for threefold in customer service and urgency. I am a women and have sent my husband there and been there alone and there has never been a difference in the way we were serviced; which is often a concern as women dealing with mechanics. The prices are fair and Pacc's relationship with vendors makes repairs/service faster than any dealer I have been to. I appreciate the entire team's professionalism and attention to detail and would give them more stars if I could. What a lifesaver they have been!

I came to talk to Pac after I had been rear ended. He threw the car on the lift, found no structural damage, and then talked me through how to get a good quality, affordable replacement part for my muffler. He did all of this for free. It was a great experience!

I normally only do reviews when I get terrible service. This auto body shop is reliable with honest estimates for parts, and labor. Pacc and his staff get very good ratings with my insurance companies (Progressive, and Geico). Great when it comes to body work, diagnostics, engine and transmission problems, and painting. Pacc even came out in 9 degree weather on a Sunday to change my starter.

Pac is The is MAN! The real deal, he can do, and will do whatever it takes to get your car fixed!!! i was stranded pac came to my location diagnose my car problem got my car towed to his shop and had the work done in a week plus he charge me an GREATTTTT PRICE! If you need a mechanic pac is the man for the job!

Linden Truck & Auto Service does excellent work when it comes to all of my service needs. Pacc even came to my home to see why my check engine light came on. I recommend him and his staff to family and friends.
