I have been going to Liberty Bell regularly for the past two years to get my car serviced. The staff is always courteous and helpful. The quality of work is beyond excellent and the pricing is very fair. Sean and his staff are very detailed in explaining what work is necessary and why it needs to be done. Finding a trusted mechanic is often difficult. I used to work on My own cars and understand how cars work. Everything Liberty Bell told me was necessary always makes sense. My current ride had well over 100,000 miles on the odometer and runs great thanks to Liberty Bell.

Waited 30 mins for a flat tire evaluation, tried to charge me 300 for a new one, had no used tires, then charged 10 dollars to put my tire back on….. My experience sucked…. Be careful drivers

He didn’t just show up, hook up the car, and leave — he really took the time to explain every option I had, from possible on-site fixes to different towing destinations and what would be safest and most cost-effective for my situation. Kenny went above and beyond what I expected. He assessed the vehicle carefully, made sure I understood what was going on, and walked me through step-by-step what he was doing. He showed real patience and professionalism the entire time. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people, not just doing the bare minimum. Thanks to Kenny, what could’ve been a stressful situation turned into a smooth and reassuring experience. AAA is lucky to have someone like him on their team.
