As a young lady, coming to LBA Auto Repair was one of the best mechanical decisions I’ve ever made. The team was incredibly helpful and honest—they ended up saving me thousands of dollars compared to what the dealer and three other shops were trying to charge. Thanks to one of their amazing technicians, Freddy, I was finally able to get my car inspected. Now, my car has never sounded better or driven smoother. I highly recommend LBA Auto Repair for anyone looking for trustworthy, top-quality service!

Wish I could give them less than a star—serious attitude problem over here. They clearly are not interested in acquiring more customers or even maintaining relationships with their existing client base. I’d only had positive interactions with them over the past couple years until recently when I brought my car in after calling ahead, only for the lead mechanic to blow me off and tell me to come back on a different day. I didn’t understand why they told me to come in—to get something under the hood checked out/diagnosed—only to send me away because they “didn’t have time.” Then, when I came back a different day as requested, they acted like it was a huge chore to look at my car and essentially told me to leave. In the middle of our interaction, a man interrupted my conversation with the mechanic to butt in with his own request, and the mechanic entertained him which was annoying and unprofessional. Again, I’d like to stress that I had had only positive interactions until now, which made it especially weird and disconcerting. I’d advise taking your business elsewhere, as LBA clearly can’t currently handle the demand of extra work and you’ll likely waste your time going over only to risk being sent away.
View on GoogleUpdate 8 months later: the overheating issue that they “fixed” has now popped back up in my car but I just went to my car dealership instead. DO NOT GO THERE. Jeep confirmed they pretty much did nothing. Do NOT go there if you’re a young woman, because they have completely played in my face and took my car for a total of 5 days for a job I was told would initially take a couple of hours— car shield even confirmed it should be a 4.2 hour job!!!!! When I would call to ask if my car was ready, they would keep extending the time or lying that it would be ready by the end of the day. I could’ve easily gotten a rental, and not miss work, if they knew they needed more time instead of being given the run around and dealing with this frustrating experience. They initially quoted me at $775 for this job, and told me it would be ready by the end of the day but once they found out I had CarShield they raised it even more, which I had to cover out of pocket on top of my deductible— an extra $300. When I asked Freddy or Franky or whatever his name is, why the price he told my insurance was different he said “oh the mechanic earlier was just trying to be nice.” YEAH RIGHT. Do not trust them!!! Update: I went there this morning to figure out what’s going on with my car— one of the mechanics apologized and told me to come by again at 5pm because my car would for sure be ready. Guess what just happened when I went back at 5pm? Another bs excuse was provided and now I have to go back tomorrow. Every single car that was there this morning got work done and is gone, except mine. NEVER AGAIN. This has been the most unprofessional experience of my life.
View on GoogleCame in for an inspection. Cash only (which they didn’t mention ahead of time when I called but it was fine). Freddy took care of it quickly and efficiently and I was in and out. They were friendly and fast.
View on Google*Scam alert* Don't go there for inspections. They'll lie about something to try and force you into unnecessary repair work. They claimed my front brakes were worn (there's a wear sensor and it wasn't touching the rotor) and needed replacing. When I said I do all my work myself, the guy said to buy brake pads and give him an extra 10 bucks so he would pass me. I walked out. Go somewhere else that's honest.
