Called for a service, in a cold night, the guy on the phone told me to wait 8 to 10 min, i’ll call back and he said to wait 2min more, I was alone on the street and when I called to cancelled my service he was very rude, saying that the car was in front of me when no one was there. Verry unprofessional.

Worse cab business I’ve ever dealt with. I called gave info guy says 7 mins I asked if the cab driver would call me he says yes. 10 mins later no call so I call. He tells me a few more mins I’m still waiting I call back he says the driver already left. Like what ? Where’s my call to let me know? I tell the guy I was waiting for the call to let me know they are outside he hang up on me. Not the first time experiencing this here.

I’ve used la Raza on and off for a few years. The dispatcher who picks up automatically recognized my voice and gives great service when in need of a car. They’re on time and actually pick up quicker than they say. Would 100% recommend this place!

People! Never use this "business"! Ordered a car from LGA to Brookyn and was waiting for it for 30 minutes (was promised 15). Called them again to clarify, he said they don't have my order in schedule!!! Didn't want to give even 1 star!
