I had an awful experience. I called in at 10AM a day before coming in and requesting a quote. I received a quote for $260 for front and back rotor change. When I went early in the morning (just opened), they were saying a front and back change would be $360. I told them I talked to someone over the phone and they said it might be their boss. I told them may I talk to the boss, they said you gotta wait for him. The worst part is one of guys who works there said I have my own shop, if you come back in 2 hrs I can do that price for you at my shop (A different mechanic shop). Which I’m already at this mechanic shop. Overall they really have poor communication and they do not have a poor customer connection. I do not recommend.

Bought my BMW for service i was amazed the owner knew more about this car then the dealer, electrical issues fixed within 1 hour then I had the complete service done at half or less then what the dealer charges. Very convenient, knowledgeable trust worthy place to do business with. Quality work at its best, IN & OUT Sametime, Sameday service done right away.
