I would give this place no stars if it was allowed, at first my car was placed in this shop after someone ran a red light and damaged only my bumper and fog lights. I continuously waited for replies on my car to be done just to be met with incompetent behavior from the shop handling this insurance job. I had to purchase a fog light out of pocket because they weren’t moving along the job as fast and assured me it was all they needed to get the car done. After retrieving the fog light they took another 2 months and now I got my car back 6 months and 3 days after the accident just to be met with sarcasm when I ask them why my foglights and front range sensors don’t work, why my back bumper has scratches, why is my front hood off center when it was the back only damaged. Not only just that they didn’t take my car seriously enough to get it done professionally, they managed to dent the undamaged driver fender 3 days before returning the car back as a total rush job, they cheaped out on the quality special paint job the car comes with stock, now my whole front bumper is off center, my front grill is diagonal, cracked, and was never fitted back on properly, both my headlights poking out the sides, foglights and sensors not working, back bumper full of random scratches it caught being parked in the shop, and the worst problem of all they messed up the assembly of a $4 hoodlatch and continued to be sarcastic about the situation like they didn’t get paid for it. Now I’m stuck having to spend money out of pocket just to get the hood open for a oil change after 6 months. If you personally like your car or even if you have respect for yourself and how you get your stuff fixed I would NEVER bring it to this shop since they’re professional scammers. Not only was I disappointed with the time they took telling me they’re trying to get it done perfect, I was disappointed because the first time in my life somehow I got the car back in worse condition than it was before I got hit which to say the least is lawsuit worthy

So the first picture is how the guys at the body shop received my car. Second & third is how it looked after they gave it the magic touch. It was a lot of work but a short process aprox 1 1/2 weeks. Great communication and updated every step of the way. I would highly recommend.

Been Working with these guys for a decade , you need body work done these are guys for that job!
