Kraft auto has never let me down, some people might say their pricey! But I believe you get what you pay for. Shop is always clean and the receptionist is very kind. I love the fact that they stand by their work and answer any questions I may have. Great job kraft!

First time owner of 2019 MB GLC 300 4Matic. I drive this car for living and commercially. Like one month before I had check engine light P001685 code. Camshaft problem. Very serious issue with car emissions system. Not every mechanic can do that. So I started checking with different garages in Brooklyn but no luck. Eventually I started looking online top quality Mercedes Benz dealership alternatives and came across with three best locations. One on 3rd Ave Park-slope, second on Utica Ave and third this one. I checked with all three, but Kraft German Auto repairing cost was less expensive compared to other two locations, though the difference was very noticeable I dropped my car and they repaired the car in two days. Now it’s running very smoothly. I found the guy very professional and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended and highly appreciated. Most of the time they are very busy so prepare yourself for like without the vehicle for one or two days. It’s not like walk in and get out in one go. Thank you Kraft German Auto.thank you Ma. I was then connected with the owner Pablo who was also very professional but most importantly very knowledgeable. After I shared the issues I was experiencing with my vehicle, Pablo knew exactly what the issue was and how to fix it. I scheduled an appointment online for service. When I brought the vehicle in he was extremely prompt with time and to make things even better the price was extremely competitive. The facility was extremely clean and organized and the workers seemed to be more like family than just coworkers. I will definitely continue doing business with Pablo at Kraft German Auto.
