KOVE AUTOBODY

I have to say my experience with Kove Autobody was exceptional….my girlfriend’s car broke down on her way to work, I called Anthony and his response was instant….our car was picked up and towed within 20 mins, then it was taken to Kove auto body and the entire front end was in need of major repair ….not only was it towed and repaired the same day, all was done before we got out of work complete with wheel alignment and all, when I say I highly recommend these guys, I highly recommend these guys….they are absolutely good at what they do and their prices for what I needed done were beyond reasonable…..hands done great service all around

We were visiting from Virginia and had an accident in Queens, NY - ramming into a subway stanchion - deploying the airbags and messing up the front of the car. Anthony, the owner of Kove, happened to be driving by and towed us to his body shop/car yard and walked us through everything we needed to do. He even drove us to the car rental place and stayed with us until he was sure we were being cared for. He was around when we went back to empty out the car and he removed the plates for us. Pretty early the next morning, we had to call him because we left the easy pass in the car and needed to retrieve it. He made sure the yard where the car stayed was open for us to do so. His secretary Jessica was super helpful as well. Staying on the line with us as we made our way from the car rental place back to the yard. We were pretty shaken up from the accident and she understood and acted like we were her only concern. All-in-all, a very positive experience with Kove. It almost felt like we were dealing with friends and not a business. Thank you Anthony and Jessica.

One of the worst repair experiences I’ve ever had. I brought my G82 BMW M4 to KOVE Autobody for insurance-covered repairs, and the results were completely unacceptable. They returned my car with random spots on the paint, failed to install the correct brake pads, and left the bumper misaligned, making it visibly lopsided. For a shop that claims to specialize in high-end vehicles, this was beyond disappointing. Not only was the workmanship poor, but the service was just as bad—they rarely picked up the phone, gave vague updates (if any), and the entire process took over two months, far longer than reasonable. If you care about your car and want it repaired correctly, do not bring it here. This was an incredibly frustrating and costly experience, and I would not recommend KOVE Autobody to anyone.

This company is fantastic. Anthony has been great communicating with the status of repairing the vehicle. Everyone was courteous , polite and very professional. They were concerned and showed a great deal of empathy. I recommend this company for towing accidents.Anything to move your vehicle from one place to another. And they are very honest.

I went to do an inspection for my insurance company. They reach out to you to help you schedule your appointment. I went in and the process says 30 minutes, but I was in and out in 10 minutes. The service was quick, easy, and professional. I would recommend anyone to them. Lady explained everything to me and send over my paperwork. She even e-mailed me the information in case they didn't receive it and a business card. Great service, team, and overall amazing experience.
