Horrible service from WELLINGTON PAREDES WHITE HONDA ACCORD LICENSE T142952C #253 he was unprofessional, unreliable and rude. Le HIEDE LA VIDA Y ESTA MISERABLE QUE ES UN TAXISTA !!!! I TOLD HIM I WOULD LEAVE A BAD REVIEW HE SAID HE DON’T care because NOTHING WILL HAPPEN TO HIM . So I guess this is what he does to all his passengers. Communication was poor, and the overall experience was very disappointing. I would not recommend this service to others. Called the base to let them know and he was CORRECT THE BASE HE WORKS FOR HAS THE SAME APPROACH , lack of professionalism, and no regard for customer satisfaction.”

My senior citizen brother lost his phone in the cab. He called his phone his phone the driver answered and said he would return the phone for 20 dollars. I didn't know till hours later . So I call the base and they tried to tell me that maybe he got into the wrong cab. The address don't match in they system, when I was the one that called. Very disappointed when they treat they customers

I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning experience I had with one of your taxi drivers. Recently, I booked a round-trip ride to the DMV in the Bronx. The driver took a shortcut through a school, which resulted in us being stuck for 30 minutes due to a police car blocking the way. When I politely suggested that he should have followed the original route, he became defensive and told me to get out of the car. I was taken aback by his response, as I had not been rude or disrespectful. Despite this, he eventually brought me to my destination, but left before I could return for the second leg of my trip. The next day, I contacted your customer service to report the incident, but the dispatcher was unhelpful and dismissive. I was disappointed by the lack of integrity shown by the driver and the inadequate response from your customer service team. I hope that you will take my complaint seriously and take necessary actions to ensure that your drivers provide better service to your customers.

Horrible customer service!!! I ordered a ride through the app. It said it was two minutes away. It took over twenty minutes for the car to get to my address. I tried calling the dispatcher and he put me on hold for a long time because he didn’t speak English. I had to hang up and call back. When the driver finally showed up he didn’t understand me and we couldn’t communicate because he didn’t understand English. I think there should be a feature in the app that helps the driver and rider to communicate since not everyone here in New York speaks Spanish.

NEVER USE THIS CAR SERVICE!!! I wanted to go from the bronx to brooklyn yesterday and the cost said $90 then AFTER I booked the ride the price jumped up to $103.50 and that’s what I was charged. I canceled the ride and called support because after some time my money was still not back on my card. So the guy I talked to (who was extremely rude btw) said my money was already back on my card. So I just waited to see if it would be because it was still a pending charge but today I checked and the money was processed as a charge so I called support again and they gave me a different number to call. I have now called that number 5 times with NO ANSWER!!!
