Posting on behalf of my elderly mother. Sadly, seems like my elderly mother was getting taken advantage of because of her age. They held onto her car for over 6 weeks for a transmission change... no apologies just attitude by Victor Paredes the service advisor....told by Victor her service that after waiting the 6 weeks she wouldn't even get a warrantee... very odd especially since Nissan HQ said she can have one!!!!... would never recommend ... perhaps the rest of the staff is better but avoid Victor

This is my second time going to this location for issues with my 2023 rogue platinum. A display of warning service CVT power reduced appeared on my dashboard. But after I turn the car off it disappeared from the screen. The first time I brought the car in, they was unable to find what was wrong with the car. Even, after I showed them pictures of what was disappeared on the car screen. Their is a safety recall for the car. Now, for the second time, came in to address safety recall and the over 10 display of warning service CVT power reduced appeared on my dashboard; that I took pictures of. I was told that my car need to stay with them so they can address those issues. However, they told me they are unable to provide me with a car rental. My experience with other location is that if they keep your vehicle you are automatically provide with a rental. But when I called to make this appointment I did ask about car rental and the lady on the phone told me that they do provided car rentals if they have to keep the car. I did inform them of that and they told me to contact Nissan National and they will reimbursed me. I did call them again and they said I can get a rental from them.

Been a regular customer for last 4 years. Today I was declined to use Apple Pay for needed services because they assumed a customer can dispute the charge (because apparently when you use physical card, they make a copy of it - be aware). Very unpleasant experience.

First and the most important-the stuff there is super attentive,friendly,and helpful!I came there when my car was hit,(destroyed) and run.They helped me to get rental vehicle,were very nice and friendly.I took my car back 6 days and the job they did was awesome….honestly,I would never say I had damages like that.I wish everything is ok with your car,but if things happens-those guys are the people you can trust !!! By the way,I took my car from there and it was so clean…I don’t know any car wash who take care of your car that way!

Victor quoted me for the quarter glass for my Rouge 800$. Best way to order parts online and install it somewhere else.
