I brought my 2021 Infiniti QX50 in for an engine recall inspection and warranty repair. To their credit, the technician correctly diagnosed and replaced the VCR motor assembly under warranty. However, immediately after leaving the dealership, the lower engine splash shield / undertray came loose while driving and nearly fell off the vehicle. This panel had clearly been removed during the repair process, and it appears the clips or fasteners were either not secured properly or old damaged clips were reused. A loose undertray on the highway could have become a serious safety issue. Another thing that really surprised me: the recall letter clearly stated that the oil replacement related to the recall would be performed free of charge, including parts and labor. However, the dealership decided that the oil filter somehow was not included and charged me extra for it. Honestly, I found that pretty ridiculous. If they had simply explained the situation, I would have rather paid a little extra for new plastic clips and proper reinstallation of the undertray instead of having it nearly fall off on the road right after service. Very disappointing quality control after major engine-related work. Now I have to return to the dealership again because of something that should have been checked before releasing the vehicle.

Brought my Infinity Q 80 at 815 am. Waiting area was very dirty, freezing cold, and dusty. 915 am came to ask what is the status and discovered that my car is not even started to be in service. The service man refused to tell his name, but he was the skinniest and the shortest one ;) and was in the third cubical from the door entrance to the left. Picked up my car without service. Just wonder, is it worth to buy 100K plus car and keep the customers in a cold place and dirty place like a barn? Nor speaking about about non performed service... Enjoy the pictures..
View on GoogleI am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my recent service experience at Kings Infiniti Corporation. A few weeks ago, I brought my car in for an oil change and battery service. The employee assisting me, Mathew, showed little interest in helping from the start. I was told I would receive a call when the service was complete, but I never did. After waiting approximately eight hours, I returned to the dealership, where I was met with rude and dismissive behavior. Another employee intervened and told me that if I was unhappy, I could leave—even though I was simply trying to retrieve my car after a full day without any communication. No one apologized at any point. I am requesting a formal investigation into this incident. I have witnesses, and this is not the first time I or other customers have experienced this kind of treatment. I have heard numerous complaints about this location. I pay a significant amount for my vehicle each month and expect to be treated with respect. Instead, my car is now in worse condition and still shaking after the service. It is unacceptable that such basic work took eight hours and was not completed properly. Due to the repeated poor treatment of customers, I strongly believe the staff involved should be held fully accountable, including termination if appropriate. Their behavior and level of service are unacceptable. If this matter is not addressed promptly, I will be sharing my experience publicly on social media, including Facebook, so others are aware of the service provided.

View on GoogleThanks to this Kings Infiniti I was able to find out that a dealership ripped me off and sold me a lemon. The dealership sold me a vehicle with a destroyed engine and thanks to Kings infiniti and its techs they were able to uncover the truth for me. So sad that such a beautiful vehicle was so neglected while in care of the previous dealership. Highly recommend this shop for my future cars.
