I went there, and I took my lesson! I contacted them! I told them that my car was losing power, and that I have the check engine on! They diagnosed it and then the guy told me that I have to change the 6 ignitions oil and 6 spark plug and it will cost me a total of 1143.19 dollars after taxes! I said ok! After 7 hours of time, he called me back to tell me that I would have to change another part to fix the problem of loss of power and that it will cost me in the 800 dollars! I said forget my guy! I contacted you for a power loss problem, you made your diagnosis you hadn't fixed it and then you tell me that you found the real problem!! Damn!!!! 1143.19 they managed to make me pay 1143.19 dollars for nothing!!! Thank you very much Kings Faltlands Car Care

On January 22, 2026 I went to shell gas station to do a nys inspection. It was after 12pm. The mechanic took the car inside to start the inspection. Thereafter, the receptionist informed me that my brakes needed to be replaced before it could pass the inspection. I asked how much would the cost be and was told that it was going to be about $324. I said NO and for them to give me my car and that i will take it to Honda the following day. The receptionist told the mechanic that I refused service and to give me my vehicle. Then I went to retrieve my car. The mechanic pulled up the gate. Then he started my car. He told me to not remove the key from the ignition now and for me to drive the car for a while to build up the battery. So I drove off as per his instruction. I drove around, then I arrived home and parked the car, only to learn that my key was broke. When I tried to remove the key from the ignition, it felt loose and separate from the base/remote while key get stuck inside the ignition. The mechanic, he's a black Jamaican broke my key because I refused service ! Now i am having problems with my battery. Therefore, I took my time and I was able to get my key out of the ignition. This is when I learned that my key was broken apart from the remote. It was loose. He sabotage my key because I refused him from servicing my car. The remote couldn't lock together. I was upset and i called the police. They came and said that it was a civil matter and told me how to pursue the matter. Meanwhile the mechanic smirked in my face without remorse. Following day I took my car to Honda plaza as I stated to the shell mechanic. Honda did diagnostic test and said that i didn't need to replace my brakes to pass nys inspection and that brakes were good enough. It passed the inspection. I have the diagnostic report for the vehicle from Honda to prove this. Do not go here! It cost me. I had to purchase another key from honda the following day.

Please "beware". I am being 100% truthful. make sure you get a price quote from Guido before you get any work done. if you don't Guido will charge you a crazy amount of $$$ for basic work. I told him I was having brake problems he did the work and he said it's all fixed and you are good to go. after he change all the brakes and all the rotors which was not really the problem I found out what was the real problem from a different mechanic and I left photos of what Guido decided totally to ignore and not mention anything about it. very very dishonest mechanic!!!

This place is a rip off. They charged me over a 100 dollars just to scan my car. And the second I asked if i get could get more information on the part I needed ,so I could buy it myself. He had a huge attitude and refused to work on the car if I went and bought the parts. If I pay for a diagnostic, the least you can do is provide me some basic information about whats needed for the repair. Don't bring your car to a shop where they value money over your satisfaction. The guy Guido is the reason why I won't be coming back.
