It was a great experience. Called ahead the day before and made an appointment and no waiting when I arrived. Great knowledge and conversations with the technician. I do my own research so I bring a list of items that I suspected and I bought parts online and asked them for installation. The technician was knowledgeable and reaffirmed with a lot of my research. I changed oxygen sensor and brake pads and rotors. Reasonable price. Recommend for sure

Best auto shop ever visited in NYC. Repaired my headlights, bumper and state inspection in less than 1hr. Staffs are super nice. Highly recommended to pick this as go to Auto shop.

Terrible experience. I was charged $300 without being informed or giving approval, and my car was not fixed — it was made worse. Screws and hoses were left improperly installed, creating safety risks. They even told me my car had “no repair value” and suggested I give up on it. Only after a responsible mechanic stepped in was the problem fixed. Unprofessional, dishonest, and unreliable. Do NOT recommend.

Excellent experience with King of Queens. Took our 2011 Audi here after pep boys turned away a water pump and thermostat replacement job. Clean shop, reasonable prices and crazy fast work (did our job in only a few hours). 10/10 recommendation for anyone in the area Update: these guys really rule. Had an unrelated coolant leak that I couldn’t locate. They thoroughly inspected the car, insisting that it stay overnight to locate it once the engine cooled, and got the repair done the next day. Super reasonable, thorough explanations, excellent results!

Once again, I visited King of Queens auto repair on 11/12/2018 and I received wonderful and accurate auto repair services on a challenging repair job for my car which is my lifeline for financial existence to survive in the world. The test drive around the block and diagnosis was preformed by the mechanic, Charles, as soon as I drove into the shop and he immediately went to work fixing 7 different items that the car needed to keep running on the road. For all the times I been to K.O.Q. auto, I can honestly say that this mechanic shop is the best... Well staffed with 6 to 11 mechanics at all times to get you in and out really fast, well organized work areas, nice bright lights in the work area for mechanics to see what they are doing & working on ( not a dingy place by any means) plus the place has a nice waiting room with t.v. The best part is- no matter what make, model or year your car is- King of Queens auto picks up the phone and next thing you know- the part your car needs is delivered and property installed. Whether it's a early 1990's car or a 2018 whatever, these mechanics fix anything. I been going here for over 3+ years with 5 different family members cars and i can say that this place is awesome, wonderful plus they charge a fraction of what the other neighborhood garages charge. I drive 68 miles one way from N.J. to get my car fixed by K.O.Q... ( True review from real life customer). -------- Excellent, awesome, quick and fantasticly priced describes King of Queens Auto Repair..On 12/31/2019, I had my 2009 Ford Crown Victoria with 313,000 miles towed in the shop because it had a misfire so bad that the car didn't start. In 2 hours, Ali, Nelson and Jonnie fixed the trouble plus tuned the car up. All i can say is outstanding work and perfect repair . The car purrrrrs like a kitten at idle and roars like a tiger when you press the accelerator. My goodness, these mechanics are very good.. And I must add that my 1989 Ford Ltd garage queen classic only gets worked on and serviced by King of Queens. Trust this garage to do the right thing with your automobile. If 5 stars is good, these guys deserve 25 stars for thier hardwork, effort and dedication.. 10/16/2023- Another excellent repair done by beautiful & knowledgeable mechanics .
