I own a rental car company and brought multiple vehicles to KG Motors over the past several months. During that time, I paid thousands of dollars through Zelle, cash, and other methods for repairs that were represented as completed. My concern is not simply the amount of money spent. My concern is that after paying for repairs, several of the same warning lights, diagnostic codes, and mechanical issues continued or returned. Vehicles were brought back multiple times for the same or similar problems, resulting in additional downtime, additional expenses, lost revenue, and a complete loss of confidence in the repairs being performed. In some cases, it appeared that the vehicle’s computer codes were cleared and the vehicle was returned to me as repaired, only for the same warning lights and issues to return shortly thereafter. As a vehicle owner, that is extremely frustrating because it creates the appearance that the problem has been fixed when it has not. One of the most concerning incidents involved a vehicle that was returned to me after repairs relating to the ABS braking system. After the vehicle was returned, warning lights reappeared and the braking system malfunctioned while I was driving, creating what I considered to be a dangerous situation and causing me to nearly become involved in an accident. After that experience, I no longer felt comfortable trusting this shop with my vehicles. As the costs increased, I began requesting documentation showing exactly what work had been performed, what parts had been installed, and what repairs justified the amounts being charged. Despite repeated requests, I have been unable to obtain detailed invoices, parts receipts, labor breakdowns, VIN-specific repair records, or documentation clearly identifying the work that was performed on my vehicles. I have preserved payment records, text messages, photographs, diagnostic screenshots, repair discussions, and communications relating to these transactions. Based on my experience, I am now forced to seek independent diagnostics and repairs elsewhere and pursue formal remedies regarding the unresolved issues, repair costs, and lack of documentation. After the amount of money spent, the number of return visits, the recurring problems, the brake-related safety concerns, and the inability to obtain proper repair documentation, I cannot recommend this shop.

I got my transmission changed. It was quick and professional, and they explained me how to check and maintain my vehicle properly, I did used to pay enough attention to a lot of things before😅. Great mechanics and staff. Highly recommend this place.
