Not polite or professional, had a negative experience here today and will not being going back. Spend the extra money and go else where. Workers are rude.

I went here for an inspection. The place was busy and was told to come back in 2 hours. I went back 2 hours later and was told everyone was out for lunch! then he said my license plate was pealing and would fail inspection which was bull! I went somewhere else and had no problem. He could have just easily told me they were too busy for my lousy $37 inspection and i would have saved myself a lot of time! Never going there again and never advising anyone to go there either!

Truthfully speaking I don't see why people talk bad about this auto repair shop. The mechanic that works in there was a wonderful man I had a little extra cash on me and instead of running around like a moron that man told me everything that needed to be fixed and what to fix first and what does leave for later I respected his decision and I told him fix everything one shot deal yes it cost me a couple thousand dollars but now I never have to go back to him for anything!. The next time I get to see him is for an oil change that's the way a relationship between a mechanic and a customer should be

I took my sister's car in for an inspection and I was out within a half an hour of my arrival. They were nice and fast. I would recommend them if that's the kind if service you're looking for. I haven't had any mechanical work done, but I would give them a try if needed.

I’ve been using to Kalli auto repairs since 2016 at the recommendation of my father and uncle who previously had business dealings with the owner. In the past year or so, I’ve had multiple negative experiences with the new workers who are there, including the worker attempting to sell me a new alternator when my 40k mile Civic had a battery problem. Last year, I attempted to get an Inspection done on a project car (over 25 years old with no ODB2 system) and when I arrived I was told the “DMV inspection system” is down. A year later, today, I called to ask for availability and was told I could come in for an inspection, only to be told 15 minutes later when I arrived on site the same thing “The DMV system is down”. Don’t have them waste your time, go elsewhere. When I find a good spot, I’ll be sure to edit my comment and suggest it.
