Amazing service! My car was making a noticeable noise near the tires that was clearly audible while driving. After calling several places, I was quoted a few hundred dollars just for a diagnostic. When I went to KG, I spoke with the manager, Alex, who was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He took the time to explain everything clearly and inspected the vehicle himself. Alex identified that I needed new links, ordered the parts, and had the repair completed the same day. I’m incredibly grateful for his honesty, professionalism, and efficiency in getting me safely back on the road. I will definitely be returning to this shop. They truly treat you like family and take great care of their customers.

I happened upon K&G auto because a friend of mine stopped in to get some work done on her car and recommended Alex and his shop to me. I’m so grateful that we found an honest mechanic that has integrity and runs his business with his customers at the focus. Alex was able to fix the problems that I had with my car that another mechanic created. He took the time to research and figure out what the real problem was instead of putting a bandaid on it and sending me on my way with a quick fix, keeping my family’s safety first. I was so impressed with his integrity and the work that he and his team did that I brought my car back again…and then again. Lol As long as we are in the Bronx, I will keep returning to K&G because this is a business I trust to do reliable, honest professional work. This is a family business and you can tell that Alex holds the qualities passed down from an older generation on how to treat customers and how to maintain a business with integrity.

I went to K&G Auto repair because it is a family business. However, I was not satisfied with the services. Although Alex, manager seemed nice. I started out with trust, it clearly turned when i found out that they fixed some problems and created new ones: fix drive shaft but disconnected the connector on the back of the manifold creating engine problem second, fix three wires (I think) but they removed my fuses creating blower problem third they did the brake job but i got a ticket on their property after i left. although Alex said that his father raised him right, he must have taught himself how to be dishonest. I believe that they created new problems so i can pay more money and to keep coming back. my bill was $1300.00. I paid but I feel like I was overcharged. I am sad because they don't understand that people depend on mechanics to keep them safe and their families. As a family business, there honesty and integrity should be held to a higher standard. They failed.

The only thing I could say is EXCELLENT Service from beginning to the end of servicing my car. I needed a new fuel pump and was not over price or cheated for the services needed. I dealt with Alex and he was wonderful and the rest of the guys were also pleasant, respectful and knowledgeable of working with cars. I will be returning.
