I don’t hand out five stars easily, but this was well earned. From start to finish, the service was professional, honest, and efficient. My mechanic took the time to explain exactly what was wrong, what needed immediate attention, and what could wait, no pressure, no upselling, just real transparency. The work was done on time, the pricing was fair, and my car runs better than it has in a long time. You can tell when someone actually takes pride in what they do, and that’s exactly the experience I had here. If you’re looking for a mechanic who’s reliable, straightforward, and knows what they’re doing, this is the one. I’ll definitely be back.

K&AW Auto Repair is a great place to get your vehicle checked out diagnostically, serviced for small or major repairs, and fixed for any reason. I have been multiple times and I am always impressed with the professionalism, the transparency, and the courtesy that is always presented. Customer service is 10/10 and whenever I have an issue I will not hesitate to come to this establishment.

The best of the best and the only mechanics I trust to work on my car. Fair pricing and will NEVER take advantage of you like many mechanic shops often do to females, elderly etc.

There are a lot of places when it comes to mechanics that I wouldn’t trust but these guys right here are honest about there work and the jobs that they do. The prices are fair and reasonable. I would recommend this shop to anyone in queens that needs a good and reliable mechanic. Take your car here and you won’t regret it 100%

I am now living in NC. However k&w auto is hands down the best auto repair center in New York city. It's difficult to find honest, efficient, knowledgeable and fair priced shop. 5 stars are not good enough rating for that establishment. 🇯🇲😎💯👍
