I had my car for only 4 months when I came back from work one day to find it badly scratched—from the rear wheel to the driver's door—by a hit-and-run. I was devastated, especially since I didn’t have a dashcam installed. Thankfully, I was introduced to Joo's Auto Repair through a friend, and I can't express how grateful I am. The owner was incredibly kind, explained everything clearly, and fixed my car perfectly. It looks like nothing ever happened! The shop is also easy to find and conveniently located. While I hope no one ever needs this kind of repair, accidents like this are all too common in New York. I’m truly grateful for their care and dedication in making sure everything was completed perfectly.

My car was hit while parked and in the process of getting totaled by insurance. Instead, my dad recommended we bring it over and under Sean and his team’s care. Amazing service! I’ve tried many repair shops before, but this one really stands out. They made the whole process hassle-free, and the repair and paint work were excellent.
