I’m transitioning out of New Jersey in New York. I needed a good mechanic and the good Lord let me found this shop. Toyota dealer and PepBoy were screwing me over. The men at this shop are very professional their Credentials are displayed in the office. Their work are high Tier. I went there for inspection they diagnosed my vehicle and take care of all the issues for a very reasonable price. The other shops were charging me an Arm & a Leg. They also fixed my air conditioning system. I’m very happy with their service my car needs monthly maintenance and I don’t have to sit at the Toyota dealer for 2 hours to get an oil change. I highly recommend JMR. Once you find them no need to look anymore they’re the best in town.

I would definitely say thay Ryan and Junior are very fair with their prices and great with the work they do on your car. They make it very clear whay needs to be done. I can say after having them work on a few of my car of the corse of years, they have never lied to me. They have never pushed on me nothing that was not really needed to keep my car going. I took my 2013 maxima to them to have some repairs done that another auto body mechanic, village auto, supposedly fix and my car was still running like complete A$$. Ryan let me know that they did not do a great job and was able to show me what was really needed. Yes I will admit that the total cost for everything was a bit high but theu still worked with me on the cost over all and let me know to fix what is absolutley needed first and I went with that. This was done over a month ago in Jan 2026 and today the car runs great and I can feel confident using the car with no issues. I cant speak for other people bad reviews but I would definitely give this place a go and I trust my vehicles here to be repair all the way. Great job guys and keep up the good work.

Was having serious troubles getting my vehicle ready for inspection. JMR Auto Center worked with me in fixing what was necessary while beeing sure the vehicle is in a safe driving order. Thank you. 🙏🏿

Very very bad place to do car inspections. Brings you so many problems for your car Charging you high amounts of money plus your time. I will recommend to you just avoid this place..

Shady place. Tried to scam me. Somehow passed my emissions test, but failed my safety inspection and wanted me to buy parts and have them installed by them to pass the safety state inspection. How did he figure that out in 5 minutes? I recommend you go somewhere else. The dude that supposedly did my inspection never said a word to me from the moment he got my keys until he delivered the car to me. Nice customer service. Does he even speak English? Maybe he just got here to the country. And the woman that answers the phone and told me about what made the “safety inspection fail,” she never made eye contact and spoke to me as if I know about cars, all while the TV is loud. The woman recited to me exactly what was wrong with the car and was immediately ready and tried to tell me what parts I needed, their cost, and installation cost; however, I am an average customer and these people tried to take advantage of me. She spoke so readily and fluently in what I needed to buy and the costs that seemed she’d recited it before countless times to other customers. She is not even a mechanic. The dude that l”inspected” by car did not even say one word to me at all, but the front desk woman suddenly knows exactly what’s wrong with the car and the pricing. This place is also tiny and dirty and on the wall they have some certificates of being certified in vehicles up to 2003; it just did not make sense. Why did I let the ratings fool me to go to this place. I could not wait to get out of there. The employees there looked depressed like they did not want to be there. Wasted $39 and more importantly my time. Avoid this place unless you want to be lied to and scammed.
