Jimmy is the guy! I wanted new tires right away and he got them for me the next day. Faster than if i were to order on tire rack and ship it to them. He always picked up the phone and answered all of my questions. No doubt the only tire shop id go to in NYC even though it was out of the way for me. Shout out to the guys who helped changed the tires.
View on GoogleGreat service! Went extra mile with balancing my tire, mine has issue with balancing not every shop can do it. They have rims in stock as well.
View on GoogleGot my rims and tires with spacers on great price and fast, definitely recommend and i never leave reviews but i had too for this lol
View on GoogleJimmy and Albert are incredible professionals that went above and beyond for my rim and tire issue. Long story short, rim got badly damaged, needed 2 new tires. My dealership did not want to support me in getting service as well as a loaner. The gentlemen at Jimmy’s were able to get me same day service through my protection plan. Albert spent hours on the phone with my insurance company fighting to get my claim approved. Ultimately, he succeeded and they were able to give me a brand new set up the next day. Only dealing with them moving forward. If I could give them more than 5 starts I would.
View on GoogleBest thing Jimmy did was pick up the phone, these other people dont pick up or put you on hold forever. Then he helped me figure out what I needed to know, when I called back with other ideas he gave me honest and realistic feedback on my concerns. When I finally and randomly showed up a few days later, the shop looked clean and cool and my tire was ready and waiting. Service was quick and efficient, its what NY should always be. Will be here next time 100%.
