I was very happy with the service I received! Malvo was great to work with — he showed up prepared with everything he needed, was super honest. Fair prices, solid work, and zero hassle. He was even super friendly and educational with my kids while he was working, which was appreciated. He also pointed out an issue with my tie rod ends and how to handle it. My car couldn’t start. I paid him $100 just to come check the car. That was his opportunity as a professional to see what he would need to do your work. Our agreement was payment per service rendered, not for his time. He stated after he inspected the car, how much the service would cost. I shopped around and his $174 an hour for an alternator replacement for an independent mechanic was already crazy high, (that’s higher than even dealership prices!) but I honored my end of the bargain and paid. It usually takes 1.5 to 3 hours to work on an alternator change for a 2009 Nissan Maxima. It took him double the time, 6 hours. His inability to compete the job within the timeframe he said, caused me to change my whole Saturday plans. He then tried to bill me for the additional time. It gets worse, the car started making noise, I took it to the mechanic’s and they said his work was so bad that I had to get it redone because other damages happened. So i basically paid twice for the same job. I’m considering legal actions against him. In my 26 years of working with mechanics, not one of them ever tried to get more money after they agreed on a price. And I never had to pay to get the work redone. His approach is overall bad business practice. Oh yeah, he spent 2 hours trying to change an axle and couldn’t do it. He had the nerve to ask for money for his time and effort. I blocked his calls trying to get more money from me. My contact was never changed.

I had such a great experience with my AAA driver today. He was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. He arrived quickly, explained everything clearly, and fixed my car efficiently without making me feel stressed or rushed. It’s obvious he really cares about helping people and takes pride in his work. Being stranded is never fun, but he turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience. AAA is lucky to have someone so knowledgeable and kind representing them. Thank you again for the outstanding service!

AMAZINGG!!! Not only did he arrive quick, but he also explained in detail what was wrong with my car and got it done swiftly. Might not seem like much but a lot of mechanics don’t “waste time” explaining cars to us ladies. Prices are affordable and the service is outstanding. 10/10 I most certainly recommend!
