My car totally died unexpectedly. I feared it was the transmission. I called J&J. Within 15 minutes, they had arrived with a tow truck and brought me to the shop. They diagnosed the problem and within a few hours had new parts on the way and fixed the issue. Not only that, they saved the transmission which saved me thousands of dollars. They charged a fair and reasonable price for parts and labor and were efficient and got me on my way the same day. They were friendly and knowledgeable and honest. If I ever have any more car problems, I know who to call.
