I brought my 2014 Nissan Rogue in for a serious brake issue and they were fantastic. I got a quote quickly and had my car back serviced and ready to go just 2 hours later. The staff was very understanding, professional, and prompt. They even have employees specifically trained to assist English-speaking customers, which made the whole process seamless. I’ll definitely be coming back here for my future auto needs. Highly recommend!

J&J Auto Care are the best that I have seen for the needs that I needed for my car Jose the owner took care of every need that was required he has been my repair guy for the last 4 to 5 years from motor work on my car to full suspension on my vehicle there is no job that they can't handle. When you are there you are treated with respect and they listen to what the problems are on the car they are fantastic they deserve 10 Stars I saw a one star review and I said wow but my interaction with Auto Care has been the best I would definitely recommend them they handle old cars and new cars I even saw a Maserati in this shop that tells you that they are a very well and trusted organization in the automotive industry

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My daughter's car died on her. The insurance company had it towed to J&J Auto Care because it was close and on their registered repair facility list. Her symptoms were a weird noise coming from the engine bay, car starting, shutting off.. And it started and drove for a few seconds with battery boost. My wife who was there suggested a bad alternator. My daughter informed me that they said it needed a new transmission and it would cost $4500 in parts and labor. I immediately called and started asking questions.. The gentleman said that it was throwing tranmission codes and 100% it was a failed transmission. The car is a 2016 Honda Pilot with 130k miles. It seemed odd to me because the symptoms did not align with trans failure more like battery/ alternator failure. Who has $4500 to waste? So we had it towed from the BX, to my repair shop in Rockland County. It turns out it was a bad alternator. My wife was right! Parts and labor for the correct repair totaled $550. It's amazing how incompetent some people are at their job. Or it's shameful that they would take advantage of a young woman who has no knowledge of cars. Either way, stay far away. Again either the stupidest, most incompetent mechanics alive or crooks out to swindle anyone who will let them. Do not get any car you care about worked on here. Unless you like being robbed..
