Overfilled my engine with oil. The dipstick was way over the max fill line. If I didn’t check it this could’ve cause damage like seal failure due to increased oil pressure from overfilling.

I didn’t like that They have bad customer service leaves a little bit to be desired and I feel like It was disorganized incommunication overpriced

Needed an emissions test and found J&J. So professional and the facility is immaculate. We were in and out in 20 minutes. So happy that I found this place.

Charged me $500 only to somehow return my car to me in an even worse condition than when I brought it to them. Combined with their poor communication and customer service, this is easily one of the worst auto shops in the state of New York. I would give 0 stars if possible.

Went for a vehicle inspection around 9:00am and was out the shop in less than 25 mins. Jose was kind and respectfully responded to my questions. He also let me know the price before starting the job. I left content with the service and would return.
