On a bright sunny afternoon, I showed up at 4:30 PM (it says they close at 7 PM...) to get an inspection on a brand new car. Older gentleman told me they're done for the day, in a way that suggested that I shouldn't be there. Odd. Inspection takes 10-15 minutes tops especially on a brand new car. I'd advise you to take your business elsewhere.

They do service inspections if you bring your car by before 9AM. I got stuck in traffic and arrived at 9:03, the owner turned me away (rudely) despite the fact that an employee had already helped me park my car in the queue. Ridiculous, I drove to another station and was able to drop in for an inspection with zero issues.

Trustworthy & reliable - they are our go to place anytime we need honest feedback on our car. We have been going here for the last 8 years. They don't overcharge, they don't sell you things you don't need, and their prices are good. Most of all they are trustworthy, and when it comes to car mechanics/service people, just knowing that goes a long way. I highly recommend them!

Nat and his team are good honest guys. They don’t take advantage and their prices are acceptable for the convenience of living around the corner and owning a car in Brooklyn. I’ve gotten a synthetic oil change there, an inspection there and I recently brought it in for a headlight change - on the headlight change they helped me figure out it wasn’t the headlight, rather a component deep behind the light, an electrical issue. The part needed to fix this costs $1,100 but nobody had it for my make and model. So Nat called a friend on 3av who was able to do the work because it is more of an electrical job. Perfect example of their honesty to send me up the block, and the repair will only cost $350 instead of $1,100 because the affected component is being bypassed. The work includes changing both lights out, too. Did I mention they didn’t charge me a dime for helping me figure out the root issue?

I went here to get a photo inspection for my car done, as it was open on Saturday and they picked up my call on the first ring. I didn’t have to wait, and the guy who did the inspection was super efficient. We were in and out in 10 mins or less. Thanks for making this painless!
