I searched by part number for a chip deflector for an *old* Makita chop saw and found this company. They had the hard to find part and shipped it for a reasonable price. Had it in my hand the next day. Thank you A++

Yes, had dealings with them. First one I brought my Lawn mower And for repair. They told me approximately one month. After 3 weeks I decided to call. They told me all they had to do was send pictures to ryobi. 1 week later, I contacted ryobi still no Pictures. I contacted J a one more time. The gentleman I spoke to said they would get right on it. Contact. them 2 more weeks later. Now it's a different story.Still no pictures They're saying I'm calling too much and once I start complaining. About the service. I was called profanities . This is from the owner. Really don't appreciate it. I hope everyone reads this. If you want them to hold on to your equipment. Bring it to them. They will never fix it. If I could get give them negative 5 stars I would.

The staff is extremely professional and accommodating. I have brought multiple tools into them over the years and everyone that had parts still available, were fixed in a timely fashion. The staff did a fantastic job explaining the entire process and what was done to my tool. 10/10 would recommend to a friend and use this place again.
