Amazing service. Brought my Tacoma in for the 10K mile service. Efficiency at its finest. I believe the Representative’s name was John. He met me at the entrance, wrote up my service order and that’s it. It was a short wait in the customer service area and I was out with a smile. And…They did a complimentary car wash. Nice touch! Thanks guys.

I was very pleased with the service I received from the sales representative Nelly. She was very knowledgeable and accommodating. The sale from start to finish was smooth and easy. Even when I changed my mind on a vehicle she quickly showed me another vehicle that actually was a much better fit for me. Ms. Nelly went above and beyond with me and made my experience at island Toyota excellent. I would recommend to give them a try in your search for a vehicle.

Ms. Besa Grajqevci ensured me that all of my concerns will be taken care of. My service was even completed ahead of time. Coming to this toyota dealership service was a breeze. Working with James my service advisor was phenomenal. He made everything easy and convenient and my car was taken care of promptly and efficiently. I have never been to a toyota that had my car out by lunchtime which was great! Isaiah was the technician who worked on my car. Everything done beautifully. Do you know this guy actually took time out to explain to me in a nice and kind way a few things about my car?!? These people are honest as well which is very important! Amazing! Amazing people, amazing place, they are my cars' home away from home! Thank you so very much! My annual check up, oil change, tire rotation, and inspection - coupled with 2 recalls was done professionally, in fact since this would be a few hours of work, the service advisor got me a Lyft back home and picked me up to come back to pick up the car. They also have an amazing coffee machine with so many features !! Nice touch.
